Generating Qi with movements and special static postures

In my last posts I detailed the basic principles of Qi generation with meditation.
This far not the only way to create this energy however the most simple and most understandable one.
Now I would like to tell some important points of Qi generation with movements and static "non-movement" excercises. Explaining and understanding the background mechanisms of these techniques is much more difficult and it requires more advanced  knowledge of this field so I just want to tell some thoughts about  it without explaining how and why they work.

Now it is clear that meditation is applicable to stimulate our brain and nervous system to generate Qi.
However if you see any general yoga, thai chi or Qi gong training your first impression will not be the huge amount of meditation but other training exercises with stretching, slow movements or harder workout.
So the movement exercises of most of these general training lessons are aimed to train and refresh the participants in pleasant spiritual environment.

What I what to present about static and moving exercises is different.

Some of them are planned to affect the energy body and the nervous system similarly  like a meditation exercise.

I will detail it in my next posts.

Qi generation, summary

Ones more I'd like to summarize the basic process of the whole concept of this blog.
So the process of how meditation can generate Qi energy and how it will work in the physical body:

Step 1 - Meditation

Step 2 - In meditaion your brain activity starts to decrease

Step 3 - This is a signal for the energy body to generate Qi

Step 4 - Qi begin to be generated and concentrated in the dan tiens

Step 5 - Qi spreads everywhere in the energy body with the meridian system

Step 6 - Using the nervous system as a "tunnel" Qi starts to affect the physical body

This is a model system to make you easily understand what I am writing about. In detail this is much more complicated but on this level of my presentation this is more than enough.

Important for materialist thinking

After learning a lot about mental, spiritual, meditation sciences and internal martial arts I can undoubtedly claim something:

There is a lot of good systems with a lot of knowledge behind them but there are problems with their presentation if we want to understand it in our western materialist life.
Most of the times their presentation isn't based on scientific evidences and observations and martial artists, Yogis, monks unable to explain scientifically  why their system works as I have already mentioned in my older posts. But this is the smaller problem because in my "every day life" I spent a lot of time with working on scientific research and in this sector it is absolutely usual when we know a phenomenon very well but so far the science was not able to explore why and how it works. This is usual in physical, chemical, pharmaceutical research and especially on biological and biotechnological territories.
As for the aspects of "Qi sciences" the problem is different.
It is OK that a Yogi , a monk, a healer etc can't explain how their energy work scientifically, but for several times the problem is HOW they present it.

Very often they are telling about energies, miracles, Qi, meditatios etc....with reasons and consequences which are only understandable in their thinking. For example:

"I am working with the universal energy I got it from my master and I use it to heal your body and soul."

This presentation is practically ridiculous for a materialistic person even if it is true.

In this blog I don't want to convince anybody about anything, but the time has come to present this knowledge in an other form which is understandable for spiritual people and also much more understandable for the people of science and materialist way of thinking.

The mention sentence sounds very different this way:

"Our results shows that we found a new type of bioenergy generated in human body which has not been reported yet to our best knowledge and which can influence primary biological processes. "

Why do I write so much theory?

In the nearby future I am planning to post the three most important types of exercises of my methodology to generate Qi.
These are simple exercises but understanding their background is much more difficult.

As years passed I attended   many Yoga, Qigong, and other meditation and spiritual courses I read a lot of books I had discussions with  masters and instructors from the most various systems but there was always something what I missed:

An explanation or at least an approaching description that shows why and how works what we are doing.

It is OK we worked  with new energies but I needed to see something behind them to be able to make serious plans with the instructions and

to see the base of a serious meditation pathway and to see a pathway at all

Because in my opinion if we don’t understand  what we are doing and why and if can’t see forward with a system to know what we can at last approximately expect in years…..well this type of practice is OK for having a good time, but

if you want to walk on a serious pathway to have a personal development to make your life better and easier and make your mentality more stronger

in this case we need much higher level of instructing.

In this blog I want to present many of my methods and knowledge to have a good  time for my readers and to make them understand what we are doing and why to be able to see a complete system.

A complete system which is applicable for planning a personal development and finding what you are looking for in this world.

Scientific approach

The question is simple, is it possible to detect Qi in our physical body?

The way of Qi from meditation to a cell

I think this video will just make more understandable what I want to emphasize:

The main role of the meridian system

In this video I would like to speak about the role of the meridian system in carrying Qi from the dan tiens  to the physical body:

Dan tien - part II.

I post a very simple picture about the power centers we are planning to work with.
Very very generally we can say the energy which is generated in the dan tiens  can be leaded to the lao gong point and finally it can be transferred to the physical world.

In the video I attached some days ago you could see an extremely improved level of using the Qi energy on the most various fields.  I don't want anybody to understand how is that possible I just wanted to show what can be done with a lot of well planned (!) work and determination.
Of course I could not check if everything is true what you could see in the video, but according to my personnal experiences I can definitely say that developing abilities like these are totally realistic.
Reaching this level usually requires decades of practice or even a whole life but with simpler regular practice (what can easily be done in our daily life) we can also learn, experience and apply a lot of great things.

BBC documentary

Some break in presenting theory.

In the meantime, don't hesitate to see this video, you can't see something like this anywhere, not even in the world of internet:

Connection of the energy body with the physical world

Last time I started to write about the main power centers of human energy body: the lower dan tien, the middle dan tien and the upper dan tien. This time I would like to emphasize the importance of minor power centers. These are special place approximately in the middle of our palms and soles. They are connected to the central channel and the dan tiens  along the legs and arms.
In Chinese systems they are called lao gong (palms) and yong quan points (soles).

Yong quan points are less important for us in my blog because using our soles in routine activities is not too simple.
The role of the lao gong points (practically the role of our hands) is much more important. Using these minor power centers we can find the easiest way to transport energy from the world of our energy body to our physical reality and we can also use them to influence the energy body of other people.

Dan tien

I would like to apply the simplest way to  describe the human energy body.
It has been presented many ways in the last some thousand years in a lot of meditation and martial art systems and the descriptions were always similar but there definitely were differences also primarily depending on style of the meditations system, the goal of the meditation practice,  the place of the meditating group in the world (approaches of Chinese, Indian or  Central American people were different)  etc.
In my opinion the principles of Chinese marital art and meditation systems offers the easiest way to understand the basic functioning of the human energy body.
According to the instructions of Kung fu and Qi gong (generic name of Chinese meditation and movement system I will detail it later)  our energy body is based on three power centers which are located directly in the line of our central nervous system.
This type of power center is called dan tien (sometimes it is written like tan tien or dan tian).

The name of the first one is the lower dan tien. It is located practically behind our lower abdomen.

The second one is the middle dan tien directly in the middle of chest.

The third one will be the most important for us. This is located inside our head and it is directly connected with our brain.  Its development is essential in most of the meditation systems because primarily working with this power center is the  most important if you want to develop your abilities beyond our five basic senses.
This is the UPPER DAN TIEN.

The three dan tiens are joint by the central channel. This connection ensure flowing the energy between the power centers and ensure their ability to work together.

Regular working (meditation and movements) the three dan tien can be developed and reactivated (practically we can say „reborn”).

This is the key if you want to awake your hidden powers.

The structure of human energy body

It cannot be questioned that the exact structure of human energy body is very complicated.
It has been described from a lot of prospects and according to many approaches in the papers and „documentations” of old meditation systems, but here in this blog at this level of my instructions I would like write about the most basic parts and principles of it just in order to present it as understandably as possible.

So the energy body is perfectly connected to every point of your physical body.
Here I have to emphasize that this connection is not totally direct.
A special part of our physical body is highly responsible for ensuring this connection.
This is our nervous system especially the central nervous system.
When we use our physical body to influence the energy body the effect, the generated additional Qi energy definitely needs the nerves and the nervous system to be able to strengthen the other cells and tissues.
We can image that „the nervous system helps to carry the generated Qi energy to its destination cell, tissue, joint, fist etc”. Of course this is not so simple and exactly this way this is not true but this statement helps you to be able to imagine the connection between the physical and energy body via the nervous system.

As for the central nervous system:

It has two basic parts: the brain and the spinal cord.
The truth is indisputable:
The most dominant power centers of our energy body are directly connected to our brain  and our spinal cord.

This is why (from physical point of view) we primarily have to develop our nervous system especially our brain to be able to effect our energy body as effectively as possible.

The tools of this are meditation and special movements.

The tools of awakening your hidden powers…

The human energy body

Continuing my last post I have to say every human body is originally connected to an other non-materialistic system, which is the base and background of a lot of meditative, spiritual or martial artist activity. To my best knowledge the existence of this energy body has not been proved scientifically yet because present technologies are not improved enough to provide an appropriate technique to investigate it somehow. However if you want to sense this body to be convinced about its existence there is a lot of learnable methods. I will write about these later. Now I want to speak about theories.

But how we can imagine the energy body?

This is not an easy question. According to some thousand years meditation and other experiences we can say every organ, tissue, cell and even cell organelle is connected to a flowing network of Qi energy which always parallely works beside our physical body. So we can imagine it like an invisible but perceivable shadow of the physical body. An invisible shadow what you can't even see with light, but you van sense it with appropriate techniques.

If we use our physical body properly we can influence  the functioning of our energy body. Read this sentence ones more:

„If we use our physical body properly we can influence  the functioning of our energy body.”

The primary tools of influencing are  meditation and special movements.

We can speak about anything, Yoga, thai chi, Qi gong, buddhist meditations or even western meditation systems (for example mind control) are all based on this phenomenon.

I will show you a lot of methods to influence your energy body and use the advantages  in your daily life.

This is one of the reasons I am here.

Generating Qi in human body, how?

Everybody who started any research or work with Qi, chi, prana etc in the last some thousand of years realized that the most simple way to investigate it is to generate it directly in our body.

But how is that possible?

The answer of this question is not too simple, but there are undisputable facts.
The two most general methods to generate Qi are meditation and doing special movements.
Both of them requires working and learning hard, but the results are quite sure if you are persistent.

As for the first one, meditation:

First of all we have to admit something if we want to understand how we can open a source of Qi energy.  According to a lot of meditative observations we have not just a physical body but a whole „energy body” also.

As I have mentioned this statement is primarily based on meditative experiences of yogis, monks, martial artists etc after thousand years of work. If you study their writings and follow their instructions persistently and regularly  you will definitely feel and understand the basics what they wanted to show and  what they used this energy source for.

In this blog one of my most important goals is to show you how you can generate this energy alone with meditation, and how you can apply it in our modern daily life.

Qi, chi, prana or the four elements, what are these about?

As I mention in my last post we can definitely say that Qi is an alternative, undescribed form of energy.
But do you think this is a new and revolutionary discovery?

Absolutely not. This is unusual for the people of the western world, but if we speak about Asia, eastern religions, north american indians, ancient Egyptians or African natives the question is totally different.
There are several descriptions about customs, traditions and rituals of these people which are all focused on something unusual.

Japanese martial artists call it "Qi".
Chinese monks, spiritist and kung fu warriors say "chi"
Indian yogis most of the times speaks about "prana".
Buddhist, Tibethians and a lot of other groups  written thousands of pages about the "four elements" that has built everything in this universe.

Well, it is undoubted, that all of them discovered and constantly used something what has totally been forgotten among the people of our modern world. It doesn't matter it was in Egypt, India, China, Japan or in a jungle, people discovered something new, something elemental independently from each other. The name does not matter Qi, chi, prana or the four elements  represent the same, an unusual form of energy. The only difference is the name.

European people did always have a different way of thinking from eastern ones they have always been more materialistic and more ratinonal. They believed primarily what they were able to explain. Asians  believed what they EXPERIENCED. Even if it seemed to be unexplainable.

After finding this energy source they started to use and work with it.
And the results were indescribable...

What is Qi? – part II

Continuing the previous thought finding unambiguous scientific evidences for any experiments aimed to investigate the presence of the Qi or something similar is practically impossible. After searching a lot in scientific databases (Web of Sciences, Sciencedirect etc.) I realized there are regular attempts to explore this territory,  but the results absolutely not convincing and don’t really make an exact system. In other posts in the future I plan to write about these research directions in detail, but now the most important is what we can understand from them.

So in my openion at present time there is not enough scientific research material about this topic in order to confidently say that Qi as „a new something” does not exist!

Probably scientists try to think according to their previous experiences when they say openion about this topic.
They try to think logically with reasons  and consequences.

But general analysing logic will fail in this case.

When we say this word „Qi” we have to forget every previous scientific knowledge for a while.

What I am about to write now is seems to be extremely science fiction at first sight but I really hope reading my posts you will be able to understand everything perfectly.

So according to my experiences I can definetely say that Qi is an alternative form of energy which has scientifically not been described yet.

Just like heat, moving,  magnetism or electricity.
The difference is the form.

In the next posts I will give you a deeper insight into the nature of this infinite energy.

What is Qi?

The old mystical question.
I would like to start my stories with making this word as understandable as possible.
Everybody can know this expression from films books or advertisements, but I am sure most of the people don’t think this is something serious.

Furthermore nowadays our general mentality, the way of thinking which is formed by our modern world (especially in America and Europe) don’t even let a us a small chance to believe:

„Maybe there is something different beyond our physical and materialistic environment.”

And what is the reason of this?

It is simple. Because there is no unquestionable scientific evidence for its existence. This is our world presently. If our experts, scientists and recognized professionals don’t say that something is working or not, or simply don’t publicly say any opinion about it we will automatically believe they are right and there is no point in making further work and investigation to see the details more deeply.

In a lot of cases this is OK, the opinion of our scientists is  based on many practical and theoretical observations and experiences. They spent their whole life with learning and working in the forefront of the most special and difficult scientific disciplines.
In the case of  "What is Qi" theoretically there is no better way to make a serious decision about its existance than asking for extremely qualified physicists, biologists, medical experts, etc.
But there is a small problem.  Experts get the special knowledge of a defined part of science primarily from publications, scientific journals, conferences, books etc. where we can find officially documented studies and experiments from universities, research institutes or innovative companies.

So can anybody show me any official research documentation from recognized research places where the presence of Qi was professionally investigated?

The answer to this question is not convincing anyway.

I will detail it in my next blog post.

Welcome to the world of miracles!

It doesn't matter who I am,  the most important is why I am here and what I am going to do. Anyway just call me Qiblogger.
I have been practicing Qi gong, Yoga and other types of meditation systems and internal martial arts for a long time.  As  years  passed I  maneged to improve my  skills to quite a high level in some special parts of these  sciences  but when I started my journey in this  world I realized that finding what I search for, finding the really valuable points,  the way what I want to walk on is absolutely not easy. A lot of people is very intrested in spiritual and menthal systems but not rarely they are lost in a huge maze of books, courses, instructors etc. In this blog I will help everybody with finding the long awaited true pathway.
So if you

-want to learn generally about meditation, Qi gong, Yoga or other menthal sciences
-would like to practice one of these systems regularly just to have a good time or to reduce daily stress
-have an exact goal in this world and you need help to reach it

then you are on the best place and don’t hesitate to read my posts.

AND!

-If you want to improve your  mind  and body practically unbreakable
-If you want to develop theoretically „paranormal” abilities
-If you are sick and suffer from a medically incurable injuary or disease and want to find the „miraclous” solution
