Everybody who started any research or work with Qi, chi,
prana etc in the last some thousand of years realized that the most simple way
to investigate it is to generate it directly in our
body.
But how is that possible?
The answer of this question is not too simple, but there are
undisputable facts.
The two most general methods to generate Qi are meditation
and doing special movements.
Both of them requires working and learning hard, but the
results are quite sure if you are persistent.
As for the first one,
meditation:
First of all we have to admit something if we want to
understand how we can open a source of Qi energy. According to a lot of meditative observations we
have not just a physical body but a whole „energy
body” also.
As I have mentioned this statement is primarily based on
meditative experiences of yogis, monks, martial artists etc after thousand
years of work. If you study their writings and follow their instructions persistently and regularly you will definitely feel and understand the
basics what they wanted to show and what
they used this energy source for.

is to show you how you can generate this energy alone with meditation, and how
you can apply it in our modern daily life.
